Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor at Danfoss, you will be responsible for leading, facilitating and coordinating the production activities and resources for assembly lines. Your key focus will be ensuring the timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations while keeping safety first.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 2 years of manufacturing experience
• 1-2 years supervisory experience in a Lean/Continuous Improvement Philosophy Environment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with machining and assembly is strongly preferred
• Lean Six Sigma training or certification is preferred
• Ability to work overtime when needed
