Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Consultant, Service Owner WAN to oversee the strategic planning and delivery of WAN services, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role involves defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monitoring their execution to ensure service quality, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure ISP services meet business needs.
Requirements
- Defining and implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for WAN services
- Monitoring and ensuring the execution of SLAs to maintain high service quality
- Collaborating with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships
- Conducting regular service reviews and audits to ensure compliance with SLAs and business requirements
