Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Facilities Manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to read, review, and interpret blueprints, building drawings, and schematic diagrams
- Solid cross-functional understanding of building systems, operations, finance, and procurement
- Proven ability to deliver projects with urgency, quality, and attention to detail
