Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you will work remotely from France or Spain, providing technical and application support to internal teams, external sales, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in field service, technical support, or application engineering in related industries.
• Experience with high-pressure pump systems and related applications.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with hands-on mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Ability to travel internationally (50% of the time).
• Flexibility – ability to adapt to changing priorities, etc.
• Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish, or French is an advantage.
