Account Manager - 流体连接

Account Manager will focus on revenue growth, achieve and exceed sales targets, through OEM and distributors. Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts, ensure high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase the company's footprint in target segments.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in Data center and other industry segments
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including potential customers and markets
• Utilize expertise and work close with key OEM customers, understand the customers' key pain point and needed, leverage internal and external resources to support business growth
• Cooperate with R&D/PM/PAE to provide product training and presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and applications of our fluid connection solutions
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service and retention
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights, and continually update in OneCRM
