Job Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Canadian team, working remotely with a book of business consisting of single-location dental practices across Canada. The role involves building relationships, driving adoption, and growth through regular engagement and optimization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting revenue or retention goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- French proficiency is a plus (especially for Quebec market coverage)
- Familiarity with Health Canada Compliance and Provincial Nuances of regional licensing and practice norms
