Live Action Camera Operator

DanceBUG is seeking passionate Videographers/Camera Operators to join their seasonal team, traveling across the U.S. to capture and stream dance competitions, recitals, and workshops. The role involves setting up and operating filming equipment, handling data transfers, and ensuring high-quality broadcast quality.

Requirements

• Experience filming live events, sports, or action performances
• Strong technical skills with camera operation (exposure, white balance, audio)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work 12–16-hour days, and travel Thurs–Mon
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Comfortable with loud music, flashing lights, and extended stationary periods
• Must pass a Criminal Background and Vulnerable Sector check
