Senior DevEx Engineer

We're hiring a Senior DevEx Engineer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a DevEx Engineer, you'll be responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting tools, workflows, and building blocks that make it easier to develop software according to the company's standards.

Requirements

• Develop advanced integrations and self-service tools to optimize system efficiency.
• Create, maintain, and support tooling to enhance all aspects of the SDLC.
• Support automated testing in the pipeline.
• Drive the dialogue of relentless improvement of the DevEx product with their customers.
• Assist with migrating legacy platforms to cloud-based solutions.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines standardization and faster deployments.
• Provide troubleshooting and support to other teams for platform-related issues.
• Deliver small, iterative, and robust solutions with a focus on developer experience and continuous delivery.
• Stay updated on technology trends, share knowledge within teams, and participate in relevant training and networks.
• Promote GitOps practices and actively contribute to workshops, hackathons, and learning sessions.
