Production Supervisor

Come work at Daechang Seat Corp., a specialist in seat frames. We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily operations, lead teams, and ensure efficient and safe production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Manufacturing experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety standards in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems)
• Preferred: MES and or SAP working knowledge, Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience with automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technologies, certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant manufacturing management frameworks
