Job Description
DaCodes is seeking a Salesforce Technical Leader to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructures. This role focuses on Salesforce development, leading a team of developers and ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. The company collaborates with clients in LATAM and the United States.
Requirements
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of solutions in Salesforce.
- Develop point-based processes from the Salesforce platform and its integrations.
- Supervise and support production (BAU), ensuring the stability and continuity of services.
- Manage and administer the team of developers, ensuring the quality of the code and fostering good practices.
