Job Description
D’Addario & Company is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and strategic analysis. This role involves overseeing financial systems, providing financial insights to leadership, and optimizing financial processes. The company is a U.S.-based manufacturer and distributor of musical instrument accessories, focused on sustainability and community involvement.
Requirements
- Oversee core accounting functions (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Receivable, payroll, cash management)
- Prepare annual financial budgets, forecasts, and monthly/annual financial statements
- Lead the finance team in the INFOR ERP upgrade and ensure system alignment
- Establish and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
- Manage international operations (multi-currency, foreign exchange, transfer pricing)
- Perform strategic analysis, due diligence, and support for non-financial departments
- Assisting CFAO, President, Vice President of Finance and other leaders as needed
