Job Description
D.A. Davidson & Co. is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst for their Investment Banking Diversified Industrials Group. This role involves supporting senior bankers on strategic assignments, such as mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings. The firm focuses on providing quality financial solutions to institutional investors, companies, and government entities.
Requirements
- Bright, professional, and motivated with the desire to excel in an intellectually challenging environment.
- 2-3 years of experience working in investment banking or transaction experience in related fields.
- Working knowledge of business software (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- High level of financial knowledge (financial modeling, macroeconomics, current events, etc.).
