Job Description
Cytokinetics is a medical biopharmaceutical company focused on developing muscle activators and inhibitors for treating debilitating cardiac muscle function. The Pharmacist Responsible/Director of Pharmaceutical Affairs is responsible for establishing regulatory, quality, and compliance foundations for the French subsidiary, ensuring the operation of the ASN (Social Security), and acting as a key contact within EU regulations and French healthcare authorities.
Requirements
- Develop and lead the operation/certification process in the ASN.
- Define, structure and deploy a local Quality Management System (QMS/PQS).
- Write, validate, deploy and update local SOPs.
- Lead and supervise local regulatory activities.
- Establish and manage local pharmacovigilance.
- Supervise the medical information service.
- Ensure compliance of medical visit activities.
- Actively interact with external professional organizations.
