Security/Public Safety Officer - Patrol Historic Area

The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is seeking a Security/Public Safety Officer to patrol its historic area, protect exhibits, and assist employees and guests. The officer will conduct routine patrols, monitor safety conditions, and provide emergency assistance. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required, and two years of public contact experience are preferred.

Requirements

• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of all Colonial Williamsburg buildings, grounds, parking lots, etc.
• Document and record unusual conditions, situations, or events
• Monitor safety conditions and report deficiencies to management
• Provide assistance and backup to other Public Safety employees
• Monitor and provide emergency assistance to the public
