We are looking for an exceptional Nordic Investment Manager to build and lead our Swedish operation in Stockholm, developing and implementing a strategy for the Swedish market, leading expansion, and building a team of 10-15 people.
Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience, preferably in venture capital, fast-growing startups, or dynamic environments
- Proactivity and ability to take ownership of everything you do
- Strong interest in venture capital and startups with a passion for analyzing and investing in companies
- Strong ability to create cooperation and trust between people, as well as win the trust of business leaders
- Ability to communicate effectively at leadership and board levels
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Natural ability to sell and success in reaching and exceeding revenue targets
- A natural leader, preferably with experience of leading teams
- Fluent Swedish and English
- A big plus if you have a network within the Swedish startup ecosystem
