In this role, you will be an integral part of the Aetna Health Product Management Office. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between market insights and product execution and overseeing the operational aspects of product development, streamlining processes, and managing data to support product strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product operations, product management, product owner, or management consulting.
- 5+ years of data analytics experience to drive decision making, consumer insights, partnering with 3rd party vendor to drive product roadmaps and prioritization.
- 5+ years of Managing cross-functional programs involving key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Design, Support, Sales, and Marketing).
- Excellent business acumen, communication, and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams.
