Pharmacy Technician

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to work in a retail pharmacy environment. The role requires compassion, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work under the supervision of a pharmacist to fill prescriptions, manage inventory, and provide customer service.

Requirements

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
• Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
• Actively look for ways to help people, and do so in a friendly manner
• Use and understand verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues
• Mathematical reasoning skills to solve problems, such as calculating day’s supply of a prescription
