Nurse Practitioner- NP/PA- Primary Care

As a Nurse Practitioner at CVS Health, you will provide primary and family evidenced-based care to patients, work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team, and have opportunities for career growth and development. You will be responsible for providing holistic patient care, ordering and administering immunizations, and performing administrative duties. Requirements

• A minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant is required.
• Experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred.
• Active Family Nurse practitioner/ Physician Assistant license in good standing
• Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse/ Physician Assistant role
