Job Description
Job responsibilities include job organization and control, staff and subcontractor planning, management, and control, ensuring and controlling work quality, planning and controlling the supply of construction materials and constructions, and preparing and controlling necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Higher education in construction
- Previous work experience as a construction project manager and/or construction site manager for at least 1 year
- A certificate in building construction management and building inspection is desirable
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Scandinavian languages will be considered as an asset (for communication with foreign clients)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software
- Knowledge of regulatory acts and standards in the construction industry
- Technical thinking, good communication and teamwork skills
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy
