LINE SERVICE MANAGER

Line Service Manager provides world-class service, manages aviation and aircraft support operations, and directs FBO business operations. Requires 5+ years' experience in airport line and fuel service operations or equivalent combination of experience, training, or education. Must have knowledge of airport ramp operations, federal regulations, and aviation fuel properties.

Requirements

• Provide world-class uncompromising service
• Manage, coordinate, and supervise aviation and aircraft support operations
• Direct FBO business operations, including aircraft servicing and ground handling
• Coordinate line service and ramp use requirements
• Respond to routine operational situations
• Maintain a positive image/attitude
• Have knowledge of operational budgets
• Purchase line service equipment and operating supplies
• Oversee daily and recurring records and reports
• Establish guidelines and procedures for equipment maintenance and use
• Perform qualitative inspections of fuel service equipment and aviation fuel
