Job Description
Cushing Terrell is seeking a Regional Civil Engineer to lead their civil engineering team in the Billings, Montana area. This self-starter role involves a blend of building and leadership, requiring experience in civil engineering, a strong local network, and business development skills. The position is key to the firm's growth and offers mentorship opportunities.
Requirements
- ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of job-related experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the state
- Current NCEES (National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying) license
- Strong ability to build and lead a regional civil engineering team
- Highly skilled at project and program management and delivery
- Proven experience in land development, transportation, and municipal civil engineering
- Established business development network and skillset
- Expert knowledge and skills of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficient with WaterCAD or equivalent modeling software, Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis, ArchGIS, Bluebeam, and the Microsoft Office Suite
