Technical Sales Manager

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join our Pearland (Houston) team! As our Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for bringing in new sales, and maintaining current customers at our Surface Technologies facilities specializing in Thermal Spray coatings.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold, including technical specifications and applications
• Proven experience in sales, ideally in a technical or engineering environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent ability to quickly understand and identify technical and business opportunities.
• Solid computer skills experience with Microsoft applications.
• 5-7 years of Sales experience
