Senior Product Line Manager - Defense - Hybrid /Remote Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Line Manager to lead our secure embedded computing product business for the US DoD and other US stakeholders. The position is responsible for strategic planning, lifecycle management, and execution of assigned high-value products/product lines, as well as driving growth and performance, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, and contributing to the long-term success of the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing large product portfolios with a strong track record of strategic decision-making and execution.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to lead financial forecasting, P&L management, and resource allocation.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience mentoring and leading high-performing teams across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, with focus on RF, GPS, and sensors
• Additional education and coursework in marketing, finance and/or business administration
• Preferred: Master’s degree in electrical engineering, with focus on RF, GPS, and sensors
• Additional education and coursework in marketing, finance and/or business administration
• 10-12 years’ experience in electrical hardware design for embedded computing applications
• Experience in RF circuit design incorporating GPS and other sensors, e.g., IMUs is preferred
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DOD Security clearance
