Senior IT Systems Engineer

We are changing the face of education technology with award-winning learning programs and are seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to install, configure, and support our IT infrastructure and cloud services.

Requirements

• Analyze IT infrastructure to improve performance, capacity, scalability, including evaluation of new technologies for new company initiatives and budget planning.
• Collaborate to develop and design computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Oversee the development, installation, configuration, monitoring, and administration of computer systems/networks.
• Manage project timelines and documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Coach/train the infrastructure and service desk team on new systems, protocols, and best practices.
• Help drive company towards advancements in IT technology, protocols, and best practices.
• Participate in the building and configuration of server environments and application services, leveraging automation tools for deployments and system consistency.
• Provide an escalation point for IT Support Services that includes supporting: Office 365, Active Directory, end user networking, and other client applications and processes.
• Create and update documentation for processes and procedures, including troubleshooting of common issues, network diagrams, server build standards, data reports/analytics, operations manuals, etc.
