Strategy and Operations Manager, Market Growth (Atlanta)

Curri is seeking a Market Growth Manager to own and execute strategy for growing their market share in key sectors. This role requires deep market understanding, customer/driver analysis, and operational execution, focusing on scaling customer and driver bases. The manager will be responsible for launching new customers, onboarding drivers, and understanding the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Own the growth and expansion of a key market, launching initial customers and onboarding drivers
• Prospect, outreach, visit, and get customers to complete their first delivery with Curri
• Test and validate different GTM approaches
• Become a trusted logistics expert
• Research the competitive landscape
• Develop and foster relationships with customers
• Serve as go-to source of insights on the market
• Collaborate with the Operations team
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
