UI/UX Designer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and development.
• A portfolio showcasing innovative design projects and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Certifications in relevant design methodologies or tools are a plus.
• Previous experience in the IT healthcare domain or related industries is preferred.
