Legal Associate

As a Legal Associate, you will provide hands-on legal support on a range of corporate, commercial, and compliance matters. Building on your foundational experience, you will play a key role in drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on regulatory compliance, and protecting the company’s intellectual property.

Requirements

• L.L.B with 3+ years of experience in a corporate or transactional legal role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Track record of drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements coupled with outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PKST)
