Job Description
The Quality and Patient Safety Director is responsible for ensuring efficient leadership in Quality Improvement and Infection Prevention & Control Services within the hospital. This includes managing Quality Management Systems, leading department initiatives, investigating performance issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires adherence to infection control policies, monitoring patient safety, and maintaining data dashboards.
