Job Description
CURE International Children’s Hospitals is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the operational, financial, and spiritual health of a network of children's hospitals across Africa and the Philippines. This role requires a highly-effective leader with experience in healthcare and a strong commitment to serving children and families, aligning with CURE's mission of providing free, world-class care to children with disabilities.
Requirements
- Facilitate strategic planning for the hospital.
- Oversee and directly support and uphold the Spiritual Director.
- Support hiring, performance reviews, and compensation for staff.
- Manage expatriate and local staff logistics and needs.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments on budgeting, finance, and inventory management.
- Maintain facility and equipment safety and security.
- Develop and maintain relationships with agencies.
- Ensure compliance with local laws.
- Develop relationships with governmental agencies.
