Permanent Placement: Clinical Search - Recruiter

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Recruiter to join our Permanent Placement - Clinical Search team. In this role, you will leverage your strong communication skills, recruiting experience, and relationship-building expertise to connect top clinical talent with our clients.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Permanent Placement healthcare staffing, including retained fee experience with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Education: College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for engaging candidates and healthcare executives.
• Proactive Approach: Comfortable making outbound calls and connecting with candidate leads.
• Decision-Making: Ability to navigate complex situations independently.
• Organization: Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism: Skilled in relationship-building with healthcare leaders.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and recruitment technologies.
• Motivation & Drive: Self-starter with a strong work ethic and commitment to success in healthcare staffing.
