Job Description
Cummins is seeking a talented Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator to join their HSE team in Dordrecht, Netherlands. The role focuses on enhancing workplace safety, driving a safety-first culture, supporting incident prevention, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to environmental stewardship. The coordinator will also work closely with cross-functional teams and employees to improve processes and compliance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (Dutch Health & Safety legislation, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Benelux countries).
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills (managing HSE activities across two sites and service operations).
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities (training, incident investigations, risk assessments, technical support).
