Job Description
The Field Service Power Generation Technician is responsible for diagnosing and executing complex repairs to generators and components at customer sites. They will engage with customers, perform maintenance/repairs, and maintain detailed records. This role offers opportunities for professional development and potential relocation.
Requirements
- Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities
- High Voltage / Low Voltage experience
- Advanced experience with electrical repair and maintenance
- Proficient Diesel Engine experience
- Advanced troubleshooting and repairs of generators, transfer switches, and auxiliary components
- Setup, troubleshoot and repair basic paralleling generator systems
- Understanding switchgear schematics
- Ability to train Entry/Intermediate Technicians/Mechanics
