Job Description
Culture Amp is seeking a Staff Application Security Engineer to elevate their application security posture and protect data and user trust. This role involves guiding the implementation of security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, leading complex security reviews, and scaling security automation. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in application security engineering.
- Deep technical expertise in secure software development.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Go) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS).
- Strong knowledge of security automation, CI/CD integration, and DevSecOps.
- Experience designing and implementing security tools, frameworks, and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
