CSV Now is expanding into Mexico with a newly established Customer Service Center, offering high-quality outsourcing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. The Customer Service Center Manager role will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure excellent service excellence, contributing to company growth and long-term success. This is a crucial role within the expansion of the company and a key component of the founding team.
Requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and agents.
- Oversee workforce management, scheduling, and staffing.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with clients to align on service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Drive process improvements and employee engagement.
- Support recruitment, training, and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, workforce management, and client relations.
