We are looking for a Head of Sales to fuel our new logo acquisition, targeting small yet potent deals vital for our revenue ascent. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging with prospects, leveraging market insights and industry networks to uncover opportunities and drive new deal acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high-growth companies, with a focus on BPO solutions.
• Proven ability to initiate, develop, and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations, influencing purchase and buying decisions.
• Experience selling complex hybrid CX solutions in the outsourcing marketplace.
