Product Manager (m/w/d)

As Product Manager at CSP, you are responsible for the professional and strategic development of our software solutions for industrial applications. You ensure that our products are optimally aligned with the requirements of production, Lean Management, and Quality Management and create genuine added value for our customers.

Requirements

• Several years of industry experience, ideally in a production-related environment
• Professional experience as a Product Manager, Production Manager, or in a comparable role
• Very good understanding of production processes and industrial processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of Lean methods (e.g., KVP, Value Stream Analysis, continuous improvement)
• Experience in Quality Management in production (QM production)
• Ability to translate technical requirements from production into software and product requirements
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• Communication skills and secure appearance in exchange with customers, development, and management
• Very good German language skills in word and writing (at least B2, ideally C1)
