Requirements
- Accurately complete parts requests from inception to receiving and distribution.
- Communicate with vendors regarding ETA’s.
- Verify parts received and match parts.
- Inspect parts for damage and negotiate repair times.
- Post parts invoices with Shop procedures.
- Scan and post invoices to complete the shop.
- Return parts and collect credits from vendors.
- Monitor inventory and parts storage.
- File daily invoices.
- Keep records for returns and discounts.
