Requirements
- Previous experience as a collision repair technician or similar role
- ICAR Certifications are a major plus
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and technologies
- Experience with various vehicle makes and models
- Ability to work with hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- At least 21 years old
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
