Job Description
CSN Lou’s is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to repair and restore vehicles. The role requires thorough inspection of damage, structural repairs, welding, and restoration to OEM specifications. A detailed, organized individual with strong communication skills is desired. The position reports to foreman.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in auto body repair and refinishing
- I-Car and OEM certifications (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- 3-5 years of working knowledge of Mitchell / Audatex
- Ability to read and understand automotive repair procedures
- Ability to read and understand automotive repair procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to new ideas and initiatives.
