Job Description
CSN Lou's is seeking a detail-oriented Auto Body Appraiser to provide estimates for vehicle repairs. The role involves estimating, gathering insurance information, ensuring compliance with insurance guidelines, and communicating with customers, insurers, and vendors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Utilize Mitchell Connect and Audatex software.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Collision Estimator.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Knowledgeable in Insurance DRP practices/guidelines (asset).
- I-CAR training (asset).
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Problem solving and independent work ethic.
