Job Description
CSM Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate daily construction activities. The role involves ensuring seamless project execution, providing technical support, managing risk, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The company focuses on delivering tailored project management services and values team work and a positive work environment.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of related construction management experience within heavy construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of building codes (IBC, NEC, ASME, UMC, NFPA, etc.).
- Trade certifications and licenses are desirable.
- Proven track record of solid safety implementation and successful safety performance record.
