Construction Project Manager

CSM Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee daily construction activities in commercial spaces. The role involves quality control, project planning, retrofit, remodel, and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on safety and efficient execution. The project manager will work with the Engineering and Construction Services departments to develop strategies and execute tasks under the guidance of the Senior Construction Manager.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related CM/PM experience within commercial construction.
• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of solid safety implementation experience.
• Experience with projects valued at $50MM and greater.
• Minimum Training on Utilizing Equipment (i.e. man lifts for example).
• Understands GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices.
