Job Description
The Snow Crew Lead role at CSL involves leading a team of snow removal professionals to ensure clients' properties remain safe and accessible during winter. The role requires leadership, reliability, and a hands-on approach, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum valid G license
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Open availability for on-call work
- Ability to work long hours during peak days
- Access to a mobile phone for communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency
- Physically fit — able to lift 50 lbs or more
