Job Description
CSC is seeking an Associate Transaction Manager to join their Capital Markets team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves providing expert support to clients across corporate, legal and transactional matters, including managing SPVs and coordinating filings. The position requires a detail-oriented and client-facing professional with a strong understanding of the Irish financial regulatory landscape.
Requirements
- Establish and administer special purpose vehicles (SPVs)
- Manage portfolio of SPVs as dedicated contact person for clients
- Liaise with local and international law firms, auditors, tax authorities and regulatory bodies
- Ensure proper handling of SPV transactions
- Draft and update service agreements and corporate documents
- Review legal and transaction documents in accordance with local procedure and policy
- Oversee internal client onboarding
- Manage complex and high value opportunities
- Maintain client service-oriented culture
- Coordinate with internal teams and tax advisors
- Participate in industry events
- Support senior management with client issues
