QMAP / Caregiver - 6am - 2pm

The Gardens at Columbine, part of Stage Coach, LLC, is hiring compassionate Caregivers and QMAP Medication Technicians to provide resident-focused care in their assisted living and memory care community. Requirements

• Assist residents with daily living tasks (grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Respond to resident calls and needs
• Help with laundry, bed-making, and trash removal
• Provide compassionate support in assisted living and memory care
• Administer medications according to the 'Seven Rights' (Medication Administration)
• Accurately document and reorder medications
• Follow Colorado’s QMAP scope of practice
