About the Product Team at Crypto.com Exchange, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead the product growth strategy for their dedicated platform for advanced and professional traders. This role focuses on driving core growth metrics like trading volume and revenue, managing the entire product lifecycle from onboarding to retention. It's a unique opportunity for a data-driven leader to build and scale the growth engine.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management
- 2+ years in a Growth PM role for a high-scale consumer product
- Expert in Experimentation with A/B testing
- Strong background in fintech, crypto, or exchange platforms (preferred)
- High-proficiency in SQL and analytical tools
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field
