Job Description
Crypto.com is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a retail trading team. This role involves design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications, collaboration with Product and Design teams, and fostering a high-performing engineering culture. The Engineering Manager will contribute to the technical vision, execution, and innovation within the retail trading space.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing software engineering teams.
- Strong technical background with experience in Golang, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka (preferred).
- Experience working as a key engineering partner with Product Managers.
- Deep understanding of the retail trading, fintech, or financial services industry (advantage).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
