Job Description
Join Crusoe's team as a Manager, Customer Success to lead a dedicated team of CSMs and drive the adoption, retention, and growth of Crusoe's offerings. As a leader, you'll mentor and coach your team, partner with customers, and influence the feature roadmap. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring world-class support and maximum value for our solutions.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Customer Success, with 2-3 years in a leadership or 'lead' capacity.
- Proven experience in an IaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and best practices.
