Legal Counsel Director, Real Estate Finance and Data Centers

Crusoe is seeking a Legal Counsel Director - Real Estate Finance and Data Centers to support the company's large-scale project financings and real estate developments. The role will involve leading contract drafting, negotiation, and execution of project finance transactions and real estate acquisition matters, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in any state
• 5-7 years experience working on real estate transactions and lending
• Knowledge of real estate financing, equity JVs, synthetic leases and loan due diligence processes
• General awareness of construction financing and power procurement
