Director, Commissioning

We're looking for a Director of Commissioning to lead our end-to-end commissioning program for data centers, both domestic and abroad. As a key member of our team, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commissioning data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing commissioning teams or programs.
• Deep understanding of MEP systems, controls integration (BMS/EPMS), and commissioning best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different stages of design and construction.
• Strong vendor management skills and experience coordinating with general contractors, OEMs, and commissioning firms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (PE license or CxA certification a plus).
